Looking to book after 30 Sep, 2024?
We run summer and winter hours in line with daylight savings times. If you're looking to make a booking on or after the 30th of September, 2024 our hours may look a little different, so please give us a call or email us to discuss your preferred time slot.
CANCELATION &
BAD WEATHER POLICY
Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to your booking time.
Mal's BBQ Boats reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in the event of poor or unsafe weather conditions. Should your booking be unable to go ahead, we will contact you to reschedule your booking. Customers who wish to cancel their booking at this time will have the option of a credit or refund.
Please note that all refunds will attract a 5% administration and processing fee.
