Cancellation Policy

Mal's BBQ Boats reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to poor or unsafe weather conditions. A credit or refund will be provided to the customer in the event that this occurs. Please note that all refunds attract a 5% administration and processing fee. Please also note, customers who wish to cancel or reschedule their booking must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice.
